Had such wonderful experience, views were good!

We have stayed here for short stay.

Without doubt the location was stunning and exceptionally nice very close to the Phong Nha National park. Hosts were affable, even gave us room with great views. This place had a QUIET atmosphere.

It was stunning in front of the river. Also, it was near to the boat station and the bus station, the riverbank and Phong Nha to the north.

The location here is fantastic, it's right by the bus station and in a beautiful area, and the staff are fairly friendly and amicable, I have no complaints whatsoever.

We had a very good stay in Phong Nha close to Phong Nha, beautiful area. Staff was helpful and provided us with climate control, a mini bar fridge and a dining area. Apartment's room was spotless with great view. Food for breakfast was outstanding. Everything was simply really good. Near Lantern Vietnamese Restaurant, just 20 minutes walk❤

Overall everything was very good.

Perfect views with beautiful mountains and an emerald river. Comfy bed and pillows for a good night's sleep.

The room was a bit cold during our stay.

It had an amazing and good setting close to the great surrounding attractions as well as the River in a nice terrace. Really enjoyed views of the mountains. Exceptionally nice staff did everything they could.

We had an amazing stay at this homestay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided bicycles for free and even gave us a lift to the bus stop. The location is perfect with stunning views of the mountains and river from our room. The breakfast was delicious and served by the riverside, offering a breathtaking view. We also had the opportunity to join in on a local wedding, which was a truly unforgettable experience. the hospitality and scenery made our stay here truly memorable.

The view from the balcony was fine. We were blown away by the helpfulness of the owner, who went out of his way to resolve any issues. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. The complimentary bicycles were a nice touch for exploring the area. we highly recommend Applebee's Homestay.

The double room was large and well equipped with a work desk, a dining area, and a sitting area. The location was absolutely perfect and lovely, just off the river, the boat station, and the bus station, and Phong Nha to the north.

This stay was absolutely mind-blowing! The host and his family were incredibly welcoming and made my time in Vietnam unforgettable. The room was tidy and comfortable, with a jaw-dropping view of the mountains and river. Breakfast by the riverside was absolutely breathtaking, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a good read. The staff went above and beyond, providing free bicycles, arranging transportation, and even extending our stay. They were super friendly and made us feel like VIP guests. I also had the amazing opportunity to join in a celebration at their cousins wedding, an absolute privilege. The hospitality and kindness shown by the staff made this stay truly exceptional.

They helped us when we had trouble with our bus and their warm hospitality made our trip unforgettable. The spacious and clean rooms had amazing views from the balconies. The staff was extremely helpful, providing recommendations and arranging transportation. Breakfast by the river was a delightful experience. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We recently stayed at a charming homestay in a beautiful mountain setting. the staff at Applebee's Homestay were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, and the views from our mountain view room were absolutely stunning. We spent hours just enjoying the scenery and watching the animals from the neighboring farm. We also loved the owner's friendly dog who made us feel right at home.

A wonderful experience that we highly recommend. Cons: Nothing at all!
